Hand-tracked game · Leap Motion
One In The Chamber
A contract killer who can inhabit inanimate objects — in his case, his own bullet. You aim with the killer, clench a fist to fire, then fly the bullet by hand: pinch to change speed, clench left to slow time, clench right to rewind it.

The problem
Hand tracking with no conventions to borrow, and two different things to control in one round — the shooter first, then the projectile — with no controller to fall back on when a gesture failed to read.
What I did
Specified the whole gesture vocabulary and designed the level around what it could reach: a U of outer buildings and a road, an inner block you can cut through, interactable props and power-ups placed to reward the routes the bullet can actually fly.
Outcome
A control scheme documented in enough detail that a tester could be told it once and then left alone, and a trailer that still plays.
