I’m the person who makes the date real.
Product managers get hired for calendars and kept for judgement. Nine years in, the calendar part is the easy half — the work is deciding what to cut, in daylight, while there is still time for the decision to help.
That started in games, where a ship date is a public promise, and carried into retail innovation labs and enterprise deployments: video walls in live stores, LiDAR capture tools, QR platforms running in five thousand locations. Same job, higher stakes, more installers.
I still build. Six personal apps, all serverless and bring-your-own-key, mostly because the fastest way to understand a constraint is to ship inside it.
