- SPT (System Price Tags) — Delivered a pricing and digital-tag management application across 4,000+ digital ad displays; templatized dynamic pricing and badges let clients sell their own ad space.
- Associate App — Built an associate app using QR location mapping to route associates and customers to products on the floor; extended to inventory, restocking, and variance tracking for Micro Center.
- E-Ink Price Tags — Electronic shelf-label hardware and its content management pipeline, deployed into live store environments.

- AppSpace Cards — Delivered custom HTML dynamic-content installations across hundreds of Pfizer office spaces globally, including Project Butterfly.

- Agentic Dev Pipeline — Built the team's 20-subagent PRD-to-PR workflow with staged human approval gates, plus a tiered PRD template and authoring kit.
- Ran daily operations — scheduling to projected demand, task delegation, inventory, ordering, and cash flow — while resolving customer and staff escalations.
- Grew and moderated a 1,000+ member gaming community and a 100-player live server; authored moderation procedures, ran recurring events, and coordinated with external organizers.
Led full project lifecycles — briefs, requirements, roadmaps, prototyping, pilots, and user interviews — presenting to VPs, C-suite, and the Board while owning Lab budgets.
- Infinite Kitchen — Ran a five-week, 1,000 sq ft video-wall kitchen visualization proof of concept in a live Charlotte store — vendor install through teardown, associate training, and customer observation; later shipped publicly as Infinite Kitchen AR.
- Measure Your Space — Built the LiDAR home-capture prototype enabling remote AR designer consultation for kitchen remodels; publicly released as Measure Your Space (Beta), later an Auggie Award winner.
- Lowe's Vision Pro — Delivered an iPad capture and design tool for in-home Project Specialists, replacing manual measurement with guided spatial capture and moving them from 2D takeoffs to 3D models.
- Project Unlock — Delivered a Bluetooth and blockchain product-authentication prototype for power-tool theft prevention; later launched publicly as Project Unlock.
- Holoroom Test Drive — Closed out development on an immersive VR power-tool trial — haptic controller, hand tracking, in-experience coaching — and ran demos for customers and executives; Best Enterprise Solution, 2018 Auggie Awards.
- LoweBot — Ran customer and executive demos of Lowe's autonomous retail service robot and owned its field maintenance and repair.
- Associate Exosuit — Carried Virginia Tech phase-one findings into a second program evaluating lift-assist for associate freight handling.
- View in Your Space / Lowe's 3D — Contributed to the 3D product-visualization program building photorealistic assets for AR placement in the Lowe's mobile app.
- Tech Fast Forward — Designed and ran a foresight exercise producing five prototypes defining future exploration areas for technology-enhanced design tools.
- Facilities & Partnerships — Directed design of a multi-million-dollar East Coast Lab space in the Lowe's Tech Hub; built a Salesforce tool tracking partnership and vendor relationships; delivered weekly technology and competitor briefings to the C-suite.
- TSA Frisky — Led a nine-person team through full production — sprints, asset pipeline, storyboards, trailer — shipping a playable VR demo in 20 weeks to a top-5 finish in the 2017 E3 College Game Competition; featured on Rooster Teeth's and YouTube's official E3 stream (200K+ views) and won SCAD incubator funding.
- Project Umbra — Directed a 13-person team to a playable VR prototype in 10 weeks; led Leap Motion hand-tracking experimentation and designed the full UI, icon set, and menu system.
